JONATHAN JAMES | PRODUCER
Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Jonathan is a Writer/Producer who holds a BA in Film/Video Production from Columbia College Chicago and an MFA in Writing from the American Film Institute.
With more than ten years of experience in the entertainment industry, Jonathan has had the honor of being guided by some of the most esteemed artists in the field. He has worked on multiple major studio projects including: A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), The Predator (2018), Disney's Jungle Cruise (2021), and the forthcoming Bob Dylan biopic featuring Timothee Chalamet, A Complete Unknown. His extensive knowledge and experience have motivated him to partner with his long-time friend and collaborator, Sabrina Cooper, to expand and grow their production company, Black Castle Productions.
